You should not pay more for shipping than the cost to get the product to you. To meet this standard we estimated shipping charges as closely as possible to the actual cost to ship the product, based on an average shipping cost across the continental United States.

If you find that you have paid a higher rate than your city's tax rate, don't worry, we will imediately refund the over charge via paypal including paying paypal's transfer cost if applicable.

Third Party Terms & Policy
We use an out side merchant payment collection company to collect payment for items sold on varsityoverdrive.com. Users should read the terms of this company before making a purchase. We will conform to the rules and guidelines set forth by that third party collections company. At present time we use PayPal.

The shopping cart sends you to PayPal's secure website where you will put in your payment information and PayPal will take your payment. While on PayPal's website you are subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.

We are not required to have a SSL certificate since you will NOT enter any personal or financial information while on our website. C

Defective merchandise and items with concealed damages from shipping will be the only merchandise authorized for return. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and free of all retail markings, tags or stickers  (if you were attempting to resale under your sales license). Any returned items not meeting these criteria will be subject a 20% re-stocking fee and deducted from any credit issued.
 
There are no returns on seasonal items such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas or any special orders.  On these orders all sales are final.

Some items cannot be resale once opened. Opened items are considered to have been used and therefore not eligible for return even if there was damage from shipping. ( see list below of items that fall into this category)

Additionally since we ship everything in excellent condition and do not sell electronic or mechanically operated devices, everything shipped is deemed in working order.

There are no returns on Lingerie because of the nature of the product. Please be sure you purchase the proper size, pay attention to the o/s and the o/sx, (x for larger size).

Any item sold that is considered sexual in nature or related to sexual activity, cannot be returned.

Defective merchandise including merchandise damaged during shipment will be replaced by the same item if we have it in stock or can acquire it. If we do not have it in stock and cannot acquire it, we will offer purchaser an item equal in cost and like in nature. If you do not want the like item, and we cannot acquire the item purchased within fourteen days, we will return your money. If this should happen, you will be notified and given and estimate of when the product should be shipped out to you or that we will be giving a full refund.

Some times the flavor or color we selected for our package may be out of stock. We research the right to send a like item from a different manufacturer/company. Many times the same item from the same maker is available in another color and or another flavor. If this should be the case we will send the available flavor or color from that same company. In the case of flavors we will email you first to make sure you are okay with the flavors that are available. If you do not respond to our email within 24 hours, we will go ahead and send a new flavor.

If you have medical issues with the flavors showing on this page, you can email or send a text advising of flavors you are okay with. Typically the flavors are, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry.

If you cannot medically tolerate any flavors we will find another item to throw into the package as a replacement.

All merchandise leaves the warehouse in excellent, saleable condition. Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

If the cartons are delivered opened, re-taped or visibly damaged, you must file a claim immediately with your carrier. 
Please save all cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier.

Refused orders will result in you being charged a 20% restocking fee plus and all applicable freight and handling charges.  We will re-ship the order at your request with the additional freight charges added. In the unlikely event that an order is refused due to the fault of VarsityOverdrive.com, the order will be reshipped at no additional charge.

If you are under age 18, you should not purchase anything from our website or from any website that you reach via a link from our website, without your parents permission. We will not refund your money if you purchased item and you are not 18 years of age. Parental oversite is the job of the parent.

You agree to hold us harmless if you should suffer injury or any kind during the use of a product purchased at varsityoverdrive.com. If you feel that you or the person you purchased the product for, or another person you allow to use the product or a person who on their own used a product purchased from out website, directly or indirectly suffered harm to your/their mental and or physical health; and you believe that harm was either directly or indirectly caused by the product purchased from our website, you agree that you will not file a claim against us in any court of law and will not seek monetary damages. You agree that it is your sole responsible to take proper care and caution when using/viewing/operating/handling, the product you purchased from our website. Be aware, products sold from our website have not been tested or verified by us to be safe for children, adults or animals. Items sold from our site are created and owned by separate companies not related to varsityoverdrive.com and we do not have any financial stake/interest in those companies.
